    search ‘compound movements’ ‘back biceps’, the first should pull up videos regarding their argument on isolation movements vs compound movements, being compound is better for your arm size and iso shapes the muscle. The back biceps search will pull up their routine vids. damn.. I should work tech support for this shit. lol

I’m simply stating an obvious fact that a lot of “kids” only train for “beach muscles”…Just answereing your question because it’s pretty much obvious why they dont train legs…they dont want to put in the work cause they are not the first thing someone looks at

    @NutritiouslyHigh I know but legs are kind of irrelevant in my question seeing as i put i was losing strength in my chest… but i do agree with you, sorry for not mentioning my leg routine.
