Dude. look to your right of the screen at the “More From: Expertvillage” & look at how many workout vids this guy did in the one day. Anyone would be out of breath, & besides, He’s barely out of breath. Get a clue!!!
maybe
you think this guy is using?
I guess the roids didn’t help too much your losing breath
backing your comments??? what so you reckon then that a body builder should be that out of breath EVEN after cardio working on light weights?? er…do me a favor…get a clue!!!
you can see hes a bodybuilder noone said anything bout being fit so thanx for backing my comment you dick.. points to cardio!
Haha dinlo, a true fit bodybuilder shouldnt be that out of breath lifting such light weights with his size…oh, and for those who think weight over laps form, think again, id like to see how many of you have good definition with stupidly heavy weights and zero form. and also, those things i listed, create serious bloating when taken with carbs. get a clue!!!
haha idiot it points to cardio. . get it right cz ppl take comments for tips
damn! his veins are bursting like hell. man this guy is one bodybuilder!.
close grip works outer dummy.
wtf what ever that was made me smile
hehehe
you are wrong
masturbating grip
Wont do anything for you? Are you serious?
That’s pretty funny. The biggest and strongest guys also tend to be the ones with the most loose form on a lot of exercises, because they worry about moving a shitload of weight, instead of doing 100 sets with the bitch weights with super-strict form to “feel the burn man”.
I think thats why he’s demonstrating a light weight, form is more important than stacking heavier weights on everytime, without proper form you wont achieve good muscle definition etc.
And about bloating. If your eating anything with white wheat flour in it, processed fats, artifical sweetners like aspartame or flavour enhancers like mono-sodium-glutamate etc, your gonna get bloatedness…that doesnt go away.
One thing that does point to roids, was the fact he was out of breath. bad sign!!!
Witch grip makes my biceps STRONGER: Wide grip or Close grip?
need some help from a knowledgable person.
I train
monday- chest
tuesday- legs with sqauts
Wednesday- triceps/back however cant do deadlifts because legs are still sore from leg day.
Thurday- chest again because i have a very weak chest.
Friday- biceps/shoulders
Sunday- abs
Now this cant be overtraining can it because im working each muscle group once a week except for the chest.
I thought overtraining is only when you work the same muscle group more than once a week thanks
This is a difficult exercise. If you do not use a perfect technique, it won’t do anything for you. It is really hard to stay balanced and use just your biceps and not the back.
Regardless of his misinformation, if he did both inner and outer properly he’d still be able to build muscle and build both heads. Which is why he does have nice arms.
The truth is though, the close grip works outer, wide grip works inner.
A common mistake the average person makes is not doing close grip curls which is why the outside of the bicep looks small and undefined compared to the inside.
The wide grip barbell bicep exercise hits the short head of the bicep not the long head. So beginners to bodybuilding please don’t believe what this guy is telling you in this vid.
the wide grip works the outer part of your biecep and the inner grip works inner ball of your biecep. Just image your biecep split into 2 halfs.
Closed grip works inner head. wide does outer head. Those are the two parts of your bicep, if you want good balanced arms and want to avoid injury. Yes it matters which ones u do. do both.
i juz bought a curl bar with 2 twenty pound plates, i was wondering what the closed grip works out and what the wide grip works out??? and does it matter which one i do???
LOL
what a retard
