I’ve found that a lot of friendships I develop at the gym end in awkward situations where I have to explain to some dude that I’m not a cocksucker.

Hey bud, just look at yourself in the mirror naked! If you think you’re all that you could be, then stop training and eat ice cream ever day for the rest of your life. If not, I think that what you see is motivation enough to get those quality meals in and head to the gym 4-5 times a week!

4 different excercises, Monday Tuesday are chest, wensday is legs, thrusday is back, Friday is Abs, weekend is break. Usually between 1 and 2 hours if I take shorter breaks

  19. XowntXihqX says:

how many different exercises u do and how long does 1 workout take you?

  20. D0G50ldi3r says:

I usually do 2 minute rests and finishing a workout with a warm shower that ends in a freezeing cold rinse helps.. Alot, it is kinda uncomfortable at first but you get used to it and it helps tons. So Cold Showers after workout = Good. Helps get rid of Latic acid.

  21. Sir0wnzAl0t says:

    30-90 seconds for muscle hypertrophy.

  22. SinisterSkip says:

As long as you need to recharge and remove most of the lactic acid from your muscles. Just rest as long as you feel needed. Usually that’s a few minutes, depending on your shape, diet, bodystructure etc.

  23. bararah says:

it will be kind of wrong, Cause your albows will hit the floor, så you will either have to press up eralier or touch the floor, but then your are not having the muscle in contact.

  24. NoFeelingLikeThis says:

That’s a good workout for chest, not biceps. There are other much better exercises for biceps.

  25. RandomChineseJaison says:

how many minutes of reset between each set?
