nice vid thanks, btw how come i can hammer curl 10 reps on 16kg? but i can only do standerd curls with 14 :S?
dont rest on your chest rest on your arms.. and breath more.
how come everytime i do this i feel like i cant breathe? is it bcs im pressing my chest against the seat too much? this exercises suffocates me lol
strectch before you do it and do less reps
when u do the ex bar preacher curl does it work the inner biceps
when ever i to this i alway get tendinitus in my arms, got any ideas on how to stop this??
I do
3-10
10 with 10 pounds on each side
10 with 15 pounds on each side
8 with 20 pounds on each side
i do it 4 times a week with 29 KG.. IT is one OF THE BEST exercises for biceps !!!
I usually lower the weight to full extension. This dudes only doing it half way.
