ez reduces strain on the wrist

  2. MrLau89 says:

shame i never said anything about not working your wrists or anything. i just said it works less more of a bicep.

  3. omarespinoza says:

no the ez bar is better for your wrists

  4. aydoooo says:

    low weight high rep

nothing extrememly significant… its just easier on your wrist. most people can lift a little bit more weight on the ez curl bar. and its not for novices… professional bodybuilders incorporate ez curl bars into their routines.

  6. MrLau89 says:

well as the name suggests ez bar makes it easier to do a curl because it’s not using the same contraction of the bicep where as straight bar your using more contraction of a muscle. So Straight bar is the best where as ez bar is for i guess novices

  7. kredit787 says:

for outer bicep though, not inner

  8. samoabull says:

Ez bar combines the width and peak bicep curl into one…i think

  9. OohTheHorror says:

EZ curl bar is better for biceps and triceps due to the way the hands are positioned on the bar.

  10. MFKRCROWS says:

so hes using the ez bar here, but whats the difference between the ez and the straight bar? is one more effective then the other or is one just easier to use?

  11. muzimuzi says:

Ok so from what i can tell its very simple:
holding close works on inner biceps while holding wide works on the outter part right? because some1 told me its the other way around

  12. deathmaker666 says:

it looks like you use mainly smaller weights… is that just for a easyer way to show us or do you actualy use that weight when your working out??

  13. xylitol333 says:

any differences compared to using the straight bar? advantages and disadvantages to both?

  14. THEJACKAL09 says:

Another good tip, whenever you do bicep exercises, try to alternate each week between different types of exercises, that way, you’ll be able to stress the bicep differently and maximize muscle growth. I personally do an alternating combo between EZ bar/hammer curls and Preacher curls/regular dumbbell curls.
