first time i did this exercise i couldent walk home XD
does it reeaaaalllllllllllllllllyy work for outer thigh???
ha not bad but i do 4 sets of twelve using 265 pounds i can do 305 which is the max on the freakin thing but i rather do 265 =] and im only 15 srry if im bragging
i can do 200 pounds/ 10 reps
this guy is a really good presenter ..
