@valentass88 No, if you wait 3 minutes between each set and do 12 sets , that’s only 36 minutes bro… which is exactly how many sets and the amount of time you want! How long? do you wait between sets? 15 minutes?
@valentass88 If you’re doing compound movements and going to failure on each set the way they do,? 1 hour is more than enough. Today I did legs and abs for about 45 minutes w/o going to failure on each set and I was drenched in sweat and huffing and puffing by the time I got out of the gym. It all depends on how intense your workout is. If your workout is low in intensity the volume needs to be higher.

I’m 17 in like 2 weeks, (been working out for like? 7-8 months) and I feel fine working out for that long. If I do a very hard workout (compound and then some isolation exercise at the end…) for the first time, I get really sore, but the next week onwards, it only lasts like 2-3 days.
On a 3-day split, you have a whole week to recover anyway… I’m thinking of reducing to just 5-6 days between workouts (4-day split)
@GamingResistance find what works for you. Don’t listen to nobody. Try? a routine for a month or two then change it for another month or two. See what works better. But don’t forget about recovery time. It is important.

Great advice !! I do around 16 sets a workout. But my rest times between sets are 30 -? 45 secs and im in and out the gym in 40 mins tops ! But i’m young so i can afford to keep rest down and do more sets
@m3xikanolokoruiz they’re? 47 now….. its alot harder for people that age to gain that much mass, let alone not get injured. they’re very heavy on lifting safely
