@greatesteva14 Oh well you obviously know what you are talking about LOOOOOOOOOOOL :S
@tssbhk1 you a e-thug aren’t you?
whey protein is definetly the best. whether you want to gain weight and muscle, or if you want to get lean and rippped. creatine i wouldnt take. other thing is def a great multivitamin and fish oil. o yea eat healthy and workout hard.i use gnc pro performance whey isolate 28
@greatesteva14 not if you want to do it quicker. and your not gonna jus eat eggs and milk for every meal and what if you dnt have enough time to eat a gram per pound of protein every day. cmon i take whey twice a day and it adds 54 grams of protein in jus 5 mins that is that filling you show me a meal that has that much protein that you can eat and not get full
this was a good basic video. some good basic supplements here. do all the supplements have to be basic? or can i basically use a non basic creatine? i know this is a basic question but a basic response would be appreciated.
fatass
ALL SUPPLEMENTS R BULLSHITTTTTTT…NUFFF SAID!!! BEST THING U CAN DO IS 2 RAW EGGZ W/LIL AMOUNT OF MILK AFTER A HARDCORE WORKOUT…..N WATCH UR MUSSLE GROW LIKE A MOTHERFUKER,,
@TheBigred816 ON (Optimum Nutrition)
@muazexcessiverecords I just use a 100% Creatine Monohydrate, It’s been out in the supplement industry since the 80′s. And has a lot of research done on it by then. Yeah there’s all these new kinds of creatine out there, “that have been studied my scientist for a few months”. Most supplements are a waste of money and don’t work. Unless they’ve (the certain brand or type) been for sale for more than 4-5 years.

@beegeebenyu yes creatine is mostly water weight and it is not uncommon to lose much of your gain after stopping the use of it. However, there is a type of creatine called kre-alkylin that is a much more concentrated version of creatine, and it does not have the negaive effects that normal creatine has. It is more expensive, but i believe that it’s worth it.
So creatine is water weight essentially correct? What happens once you stop working out?
ON 25grams protein worked for me as oposed to 50grams.. Dunno why? My body type makes me loose weight fast.. Supplements do help and work.. I tried eating lots of fod but i just maintained weight..
@IIIBRAVOIII he says it himself that supplements are not necessary, but they do help maximize your workouts and they do!!! but that doesn’t mean i don’t eat my tuna or some good food =]
@IIIBRAVOIII i agree =) but supplements are SUPPLEMENTS. Everyone should get their diet straight before putting a huge emphasis on supplements, just like he says.
can you do a review on your opinion of L-glutamine as another workout supplement? one of my proffesors told me it helps protect your body from catabolism while you rest. and it restores the glutamic acid you lose when you workout
Do Steroids work for muscle and growing taller after puberty?
Preworkout supps??
Wrong! If you’re serious about building muscle you don’t need useless supplements, you take the tuna cans with you in your pocket… don’t ever substitute real healthy food for protein powders, and you will start getting results
Excellent advise alot better than some of the crap on youtube
keep it up
