@69spudster69 no its actually really good for you unless you abuse it. The only reason why you might think its bad is cuz ppl say it is cuz it puts “too much” water into your muscles. Which it does, but your muscles contain water already. Now if you start over doing it and stop taking it and stop workingout then thats when? you get that bad effect of being flabby… asf.
