    for that last exercise is more suitable a girl doing the situps and the guy standing on her feet so she can reach up and yeah you know what I mean

    Crunch: raise you hips and press you belly button area towards the back. While you are up stay for as long as you can – that’s crunch:: only your abs should be working- nothing else

    Yeah crunch is better than both, sit ups are meant to be bad for the back and can cause ur abs to podge out. Same wae usin wieghts mate, may need to do less but more wieght increases muscle size and if u look at a body builders stomach they look like they have a beer belly of muscle lol, leg raises on a bar are better way of doin less reps. I think crunches and roll outs with exercise ball are best.

    your abs are no different to any other muscle…so why do 100s of reps to get a 6 pack..all you have to do is get 2 dumbbells and put them on your shoulders and hold them there and do 15 reps by 3 sets..and just keep increasing the weight…its the best way to do it trust me
