@danielledfm tap = filled with chlorine, flouride, pharmeseucticals, heavy metals, and arsenic. Evian probly has BPA leached from the plastic. Get a Reverse Osmosis system and be healthy.

Sean, what do you put that gallon of water you drink each day in? Plastic is bad and do they even make a stainless steel bottle that big?? Or do you just fill it back up throughout the day…

@MrGreen The energy your get for your workouts comes from food being converted into glycogen. That is the fuel your body uses to get you through a workout…not water. Water is good for you and good for keep your blood thin and moving. It’s good for you skin and organs as well, but it will have very little or no effect on calories or fat loss. Masters of leanness and fatloss…(which Sean is not), have been working hard to get people off this idea of a fat loss/water connection. It’s all bull.

@alickamoso1 I have to disagree with you. Another reason water may help is because to SOME people water makes you feel full. Water is full of all of the good nutrients you need. Notice the fact that it is 0 calories and gives you energy for any workouts you are attending. And you should have a certain amount of water because lets say you only drink one bottle of about 16 or 12 oz. That is definately not enough to hydrate your body and clean out your blood flow with nutrients.

From what I’ve heard 2-3 liters of water per day should be the maximum. I’ve heard stories of models that even died from drinking 8 liters a day because they “wash” out all the vitamins of their body, and a gallon would be 5 liters right? But I guess it also has something to do with the amount of salts and minerals in the water. Were I live the tap water is some of the cleanest in the world so, maybe it kinda cleans it out a lil more. Should also be the reason why u got a headache after drinking

sean, I love all your vids, but this is something I have to disagree with. I dont think anyone has a “magic number” of water they should drink. Also, I think your thirst or desire for water is a perfect indicator of need for water. Conventional science tells us that we are dehydrated if we have dry lips and such, however signs of dehydration is usually caused by a fat deficiency. Another thing you should check out is the fact that food is a better source of water than water is.
