    i took note of about 20 of the exercises for dumbbells on this channel. should i do all of them daily or let’s say 10 of them 1 day and the remaining 10 the next day. any advice???

    @biggdado38 your always ment to go lighter to heavier noob LOL, otherwise there just gunna be pumped from the the heavier weight or if you bare of the light ones like a stupid amount

    mate they work the outer,try this routine,get three differnt dumbell differnt weight do one big giant set start with the heaviest and work to the lightest make sure 10 rep each dumbells great pump wow.

    well, different fibres to be quick and precise. You need to switch things up a lot and something as simple as this will help ‘confuse’ your muscles.
