Why do you train like a body builder? Do upper body on monday, wednesday, and fridaay, doing everything upper body. then tuesday and thursday do legs. that way your bench goes up.
yeah I tend to be stupid about the every 3rd week thing…I should go lighter…on a good day I can do 315…but techincally…I should be able to to more one time IF did it correctly and didnt beat the hell out of myself all the time =/ oh I actually took a week off after a few years…im a slow learner…every six weeks take a week off im going to do that from now on too. monday-shoulders tuesday-back wednsday-legs thursday-chest friday-arms…meh time to switch it up maybe huh
Hey just a word of advice , your delt get incorparted for part of the bench press mostly the bottom phase ,but if your gonna train shoulders heavy you should train chest early in the week and shoulders around mid week so u get enough time after your bench/chest workout and enough time to recover after your shoulder day so u can hit the bench hard,and always change the excersices you use 90% or more of your 1rm evry 3rd week ,if you do the same lift for more then 3 with 90% u will only get weaker
yeah. NICE PAUSE…no bouncing BULLSHIT. i maxed at 340. i cant do it now…goddammit. but i put 230 over my head…=D i train the shoulders bench goes down…its depressing…i think about it at night…*cries*

yeah. that’s a good bench. As long as it’s not a cheap bar (which most commercial gyms that all the haters lift at have…) it won’t bend with just 405.
