Basic Exercises to do at Home

WWW.LIVEONCE.CA Here are some exercises you can do at home to help strengthen and tone your body. We are using only weighted balls, a band and a mat for these exercises. Please remember to always consult a doctor before beginning any exercise program. I did not include a warm up or stretch in this vid, so please ensure you do both before starting the exercises. The exercises in the video are meant to be done consecutively, to fatigue (or 1 min each), rest and repeat at least 2 more times. @mshappymedium Hi there, the exercises will definitely help you with your goals, however, your diet is going to be very important when it comes to achieving your results. It will be important to eat clean and eat the proper amounts of food at regular intervals to get where you want to be. Let me know if you have any questions
I am extremely overweight… I weigh around 185, and I am 5’3… do you think doing all of these, 10 times each… could help me lose weight if I did it once a day?

there isnt any reason a woman who is expecting cannot do these exercises. she may need to modify the abs and push ups depending on how far along she is, but otherwise, there is nothing wrong with these exercises for a woman who is pregnant.

im more looking for chest and arm excersizes those ones would be great if you can show any. also thighs are a good one…like i want to be able to them without using any gym equipment or buying bells like if my room was completely empty i want to be able to workout.
