100 push ups at 6am

do 100 push ups every morning and every night to HELP you get in shape for summer. this isnt the only thing i do to get in shape. i have a full workout routine in the gym also this is just something extra to help you get in shape. music from musicformuscles.com

    @allnightgibbons112 a 100 push-ups every morning and night is a great workout to get cut if you are already fit. if you dont work out at all, and then one day start attempting 100 push-ups every morning and night, you will get buff quick. either way, push-ups are a great workout? and they WILL get u in shape.
