    For the price of these dumbbells you can buy a gym membership for a good 3 years. Go out and buy some dumbbells that are within your personal restraints. Buy an actual fitness machine that will work your entire body instead of your arms. Whatever you do, don’t buy this because it will probably end up sitting in a closet in a month or two and collecting dust because it will not help you achieve your fitness goals.

  2. These are horrible…within a short time, the locking mechanism froze and after about 3 months recieved antoher pair…should have saved my $$$ and bought Power Blocks.

    These are great for those who don’t have the space for separate dumbells. I keep them in my office at work. I would recommend the stand as well.
